2. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to MB Transfers.

  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking and utilising our services.

  • Services: Refers to the transportation services provided by MB Transfers, including airport transfers and in-resort taxi services.

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Booking Process:

  • All bookings must be made through our Contact Us page, email, or phone.

  • Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, contact details, number of passengers and any specific requirements.

3.2 Confirmation:

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the client receives a written confirmation from MB Transfers.

  • It is the client's responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing:

  • All prices are provided on our Pricing page and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

4.3 Additional Charges:

  • Additional charges may apply for services outside the standard pricing, including but not limited to extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the itinerary.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by the Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled pick-up time will not be refunded.

5.2 Cancellation by the Company:

  • MB Transfers reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative provider will be sought. In the unlikely event that we cannot find transport for your journey, a full refund will be provided.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • MB Transfers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed flights, or loss of personal belongings.

6.2 Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are ready for pick-up at the agreed time and location.

  • Clients must ensure that their luggage is properly secured and within the vehicle's capacity limits.

7. Passenger Conduct

7.1 Behavior:

  • Clients and passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner during the journey.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse service to any client or passenger exhibiting abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior.

7.2 Damage:

  • Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers. Repair costs will be charged to the client.

8. Child Seats and Special Requirements

8.1 Child Seats:

  • Child seats are available upon request and must be specified at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring that child seats are used in accordance with safety regulations.

8.2 Special Requirements:

  • Any special requirements or requests must be communicated at the time of booking. While MB Transfers will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

9. Privacy Policy

  • MB Transfers is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
